We are thrilled to announce that we are hosting a spring break trip to NYC!
The trip is Tuesday, March 12-Saturday, March 16, 2019. It includes four Broadway shows and classes at Broadway Dance Center amongst Broadway professionals!
Students ages 12-18 are allowed to apply to attend the trip. However, every student who is accepted will be required to have a parent or guardian accompany them on the trip.
The price of the trip includes hotel room and tickets to four Broadway shows.
All travelers will be responsible for booking their own flight, travel to and from the airport, the cost of their meals, and any sites they choose to see during the day when we are not attending the shows. We will eat dinner together each evening as a group and then attend the show together. Attendees are required to see every show on our itinerary.
Students will pay for their own classes at Broadway Dance Center, per the Broadway Dance Center policy. If you are attending Broadway Dance Center for the first time as a minor, your parent must accompany you to the lobby and sign a release waiver.
Those attending the trip will be required to land in New York between 6:00 am and noon on March 12 and depart on March 17 unless you are transferring to another hotel. It is strongly recommended that you fly into LGA. The cost of a direct flight from DFW to LGA is usually $300-400.
Listed below are the tentative prices for the trip. These prices will fluctuate slightly based on the specific availability of tickets for shows at the time of booking.
1 Queen bed signature room – $840.85 per person (double occupancy)
2 Queen bed signature room for three guests – $779.60 per person
2 Queen bed signature room for four guests – $696.20 per person
Students must apply to attend the trip. Space is limited. Students will be accepted based on the date of application, quality of application, age, and the Executive Director’s prior experience with the student.
If you are accepted to attend the trip, 80% of your trip total is required to secure your hotel room. Trip funds are non-refundable.
