Each production at Shine is filled with a diverse group of students coming together to transport you into beautiful stories.

SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN

The "Greatest Movie Musical of All Time" is faithfully and lovingly adapted by Broadway legends, Betty Comden and Adolph Green, from their original award-winning screenplay in Singin' in the Rain. Each unforgettable scene, song and dance is accounted for, including the show-stopping title number, complete with an onstage rainstorm! Hilarious situations, snappy dialogue and a hit-parade score of Hollywood standards make Singin' in the Rain the perfect entertainment for any fan of the golden age of movie musicals.

“Becoming involved with Shine is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. When I first came to Shine, I lacked confidence in performance and social skills. But since I became a part of Shine, I have had ample opportunity to grow in my craft and learn relational and leadership skills with the encouragement of the whole Shine family. Anyone who’s looking for a welcoming, professional, and encouraging community should definitely get involved!”
