PRIVATE LESSONS

Whether someone is a seasoned performer or has never auditioned, anyone can benefit from private lessons. We offer voice and dance lessons for students to improve their singing and audition skills.

HOW IT WORKS

We strive to make every student feel safe and loved while at Shine, no matter their skill level. By signing up for a private lesson, you agree to follow Shine’s policy regarding parent and student behavior.

1. ENROLL

Choose a time and book that slot on the calendar above. Pay for your first lesson to secure your time slot. This time will be reserved for you weekly. Please make sure you are signed up for the discipline you want, as we are offering dance privates and voice lessons.

2. LESSON CHARGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You will be required to keep a card on file. You will be charged the day of the lesson. We require 24-hour notice to cancel a lesson and students will be charged for lessons canceled after that time.

3. SEE YOU AT SHINE!

Please arrive in the lobby 5 minutes before your lesson time. Ms. Alex will meet you there. Lessons begin on March 2.

Meet the Teaching Artist

Alexandra Hebert is a Dallas native with extensive training in voice, acting, and all styles of theater dance including ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and contemporary. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Musical Theater from the top ranked theater program at Oklahoma City University.

Alexandra launched her professional career on cruise ships, captivating audiences worldwide with her performances on The MS Insignia with Oceania Cruises, and The Vision of the Seas and The Serenade of the Seas with Royal Caribbean, where she also served as Vocal Director. She showcased her talents in a range of production shows and her personal cabaret, "That's Entertainment: The Music of Judy Garland."

At Shine, she has served as Director for Aladdin and choreographer for The Phantom of the Opera, White Christmas and Singin’ In The Rain (upcoming). We are thrilled to have Alexandra officially join our staff to teach classes in The Academy at Shine as well as private voice and dance lessons.
